Education
Ramola received a BA in Business Management from Webster University, St. Louis, USA. In 1991, Ramola qualified as a lawyer in the UK.
Television & Radio Presenter
In 1992, Ramola launched her media career, serving as a television and radio presenter with TV Asia.
Public Relations
In 1995 launched a public relations firm. She was also actively involved in philanthropic work, including organising charity events for the South Asian community such as showcasing Ravi Shankar at the Royal Albert Hall. Ramola also worked with leading Indian fashion designers to launch their brands in the UK, such as Tarun Tahiliani's fashion show at the Dorchester Hotel in 1994.
Restaurants
After returning to India in 2007 Ramola founded Manré, a fine dining European restaurant & bar in South Delhi, widely considered well ahead of its time. In 2009, the restaurant was named one of the four top tables in Asia by Conde Nast Traveller magazine.

Founded in 2012, Runway Rising is the leading fashion & lifestyle exhibition in New Delhi. The show features the latest trends in pret & couture fashion, precious & destination jewellery, accessories, gifting, home decor, beauty & wellness and much more.
