Paris Fashion Week 2027: Every Date, Who Can Get In, and the Indian Designers on the Calendar

Paris Fashion Week is not one week. It is six a year — two womenswear, two menswear and two haute couture — and the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode has already published every date for 2027. The one most people mean by "Paris Fashion Week" is Womenswear Fall/Winter 2027-2028, from Monday 1 to Tuesday 9 March 2027. This page gives the whole calendar, what the public can and cannot do, and which Indian couturiers have actually been on the official schedule.

Every Paris date in 2027

These are the FHCM’s own dates, from its "upcoming seasons" page. Note the order: in January, menswear runs straight into couture, so the two form one continuous fortnight in Paris.

The pattern is fixed by FHCM: womenswear shows its Spring/Summer collections in September and Fall/Winter in March; menswear shows Fall/Winter in January and Spring/Summer in June; Haute Couture Week runs in January and July.

Can you attend?

Not a show, no. On FHCM’s current official calendar, 100 of the 101 shows and presentations are listed as "by invitation"; the one exception is a presentation marked "by appointment". There is no public ticket sale for any official Paris show, and the audience is buyers, press and the houses’ own guests.

The official calendar itself is selective. It is built from members of the Chambre Syndicale de la Mode Féminine and de la Mode Masculine, plus guest houses chosen each season by consultative committees that include panels of international journalists and buyers.

What you genuinely can do

Since 2020, FHCM’s official calendars have had a physical and a digital side. That is the public’s way in.

• Watch livestreams. Almost every show on the official calendar carries a digital format. On the current calendar about 30 of the 101 are marked Livestream and stream at the show time; most others are marked Film of the show revealed later or Digital. Check the calendar on the day.
• Browse the collections. FHCM posts each house’s collection by season on its collections pages.
• If you design: the application windows above are the only doors that are actually open for 2027. FHCM notes that collections made up only of accessories, swimwear, lingerie or bridal are not eligible for the Paris Fashion Week calendars.

FHCM also runs SPHERE, its Paris Fashion Week® showroom for emerging designers, supported by DEFI and L’Oréal Paris. For the current season it runs at the Palais de Tokyo from 30 September to 6 October 2026, with a digital version by invitation. It is a trade showroom — FHCM lists a buyer contact, not public entry.

The Indian designers on the Paris calendars

Indian couture has become a regular part of Paris Haute Couture Week. We have only listed names that appear on an FHCM official calendar, and we have not given anyone a 2027 slot: none has been published.

Rahul Mishra

A Guest House on the Haute Couture calendar, and the most consistent Indian name on it: he appears on every official couture calendar we could read from January 2023 to July 2026, most recently showing on 6 July 2026 for Fall/Winter 2026-2027. FHCM’s own house page describes a label built on slow fashion and hand-weaving and hand embroidery supporting more than 1,000 artisans in India.

Gaurav Gupta

Also a Guest House, on the January (Spring/Summer) couture calendars — 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026. FHCM’s house page calls him an Indian couturier and artist exploring surrealism, with construction and embellishment techniques that are "Indian at its core".

Manish Malhotra

On the Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2026-2027 calendar as a Guest House, closing the Wednesday on 8 July 2026 at 20:00 — one of the shows FHCM marked for livestream. Whether he returns in January or July 2027 is not yet known.

Vaishali S

Her label states that she made her debut at Paris Haute Couture Week in 2021, describing her as the first Indian woman on its stage, and that she presented her Spring/Summer 2024 collection in Paris on 22 January 2024. We did not find her name on FHCM’s official Haute Couture calendar for that season, so we report it as her label’s account rather than as an official-calendar slot.

For the March womenswear season, we found no Indian house on the Womenswear Fall/Winter 2026-2027 or current Spring/Summer 2027 official calendars.

Paris in January and March: what to expect and pack

If you are travelling for the January menswear-and-couture fortnight or the March womenswear week, Météo-France’s 1991–2020 averages for Paris-Montsouris are the honest guide:

• January: average highs of 7.6°C and lows of 3.2°C, about 10 days with at least 1 mm of rain, and around 7 nights at or below freezing.
• March: average highs of 12.8°C and lows of 5.6°C, with around 9.5 days of rain.
• Late September–early October (the current season): September highs average 21.5°C, October 16.5°C.

In practice: a warm coat or a lined jacket you are happy to be photographed in, layers you can take off in heated venues, closed shoes that survive wet cobbles, and a compact umbrella. Velvet and heavier embroidered pieces earn their place in January and early March in a way they never do in an Indian winter.

Show-by-show calendars for 2027 do not exist yet; when they do, they will appear on the FHCM site first. The Womenswear Fall/Winter application deadline was still marked "available soon".
