How do I make a purchase?

Browse the site, add items to your cart, and follow the steps to checkout. You can pay securely by card or other available payment methods.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest.

Is it safe to use my credit or debit card?

Yes. All orders are processed through our secure checkout system using the latest encryption technology.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Online checkout is prepaid. For cash on delivery, tap "Buy with COD" on any product page and our team will take your order on WhatsApp.

When will I receive my order?

Every piece is made to order. If your size is ready, we dispatch within 24 hours; otherwise allow 3–6 days for tailoring and a quality check. Delivery is then same day within Delhi NCR, typically 2–3 days to the rest of India and 4–6 days internationally.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping is free within India. International shipping is a flat ₹1,500 per order.

What is your returns policy?

We offer size and style replacements. Please write to us at info@firstresort.in or WhatsApp us on +91-95990-01682 and we will sort it out for you.

Do you offer alteration or size exchange?

Yes. We offer free alteration and free size exchange on all orders. If something doesn't fit, just get in touch and we will make it right.

What sizes do you make?

Every style comes in XS to 8XL at the same price. We never charge extra for plus sizes.

How do I pick my size?

Our size chart uses body measurements (bust, waist, hips), not garment measurements. Our styles are cut with generous ease, and kaftans, tunics and stoles are loose by design. If you are between sizes, size up.

Do you offer made to measure?

Yes. Every style in our collection can be made to your exact measurements at no extra charge. See our made to measure page for details.

How do I care for my garment?

Each product page lists its care instructions. Most of our pieces are dry clean only.

Who designs First Resort?

First Resort is designed by Ramola Bachchan, and every piece is made in India.

Can I visit your studio?

Yes. Our studio is at 23 Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi, open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. You are welcome to come in and browse the collection in person.

I was charged multiple times for my purchase — what do I do?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Please write to us at info@firstresort.in and we will resolve it immediately.
