When will I receive my order?

We normally ship the same day. Delivery within India takes 2–4 days. We offer free shipping worldwide.

What are your shipping charges?

Free shipping anywhere in the world on all orders.

What is your returns policy?

Do you offer alteration or size exchange?

Yes. We offer free alteration and free size exchange on all orders. If something doesn't fit, just get in touch and we will make it right.

Do you offer made to measure?

Yes. Every style in our collection can be made to your exact measurements at no extra charge. See our made to measure page for details.

Can I visit your studio?

Yes. Our studio is at 23 Hauz Khas Village, New Delhi, open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm. You are welcome to come in and browse the collection in person.

I was charged multiple times for my purchase — what do I do?
